Family Services, Inc., has a long history of helping our community’s residents combat the ravages of depression, stress or persistent mental illness. At Family Services we have a comprehensive range of treatment for adults, children and families. We offer psychiatric, rehabilitation and vocational help in both residential and outpatient settings to help persons with mental illness integrate back into their community.

An investment in building a strong foundation for learning early in life pays off for children as they develop through their school years. That is why so much of our work focuses on preparing children to be ready to go to school. For families whose children are already in school, our trained staff links parents to the resources they need and helps them become actively involved in their children's education. Whether it is showing parents the benefits of reading to children while they are infants or teaching them games to play together that help children develop, children do better when their parents have the tools to help them.

We know that the toughest and most rewarding job in the world is being a parent. That is why Family Services, Inc., is dedicated to providing parents with a variety of educational and informational resources to produce the best outcomes for children. Our Family and Community Partnership Programs are designed to link our families with the community resources they need to achieve self-sufficiency, while at the same time providing them with the parenting education and support they need. After all, parents are their children’s first and best teachers, but a little help is always welcomed!
