Job Title: Rehabilitation Counselor

Essential Duties: provide rehabilitation and support to individuals in order to develop and enhance community and independent living skills through group facilitation, individual meetings, outings, and medication monitoring, onsite at day program and/or off-site with residential or outreach clients. Qualifications: High school Diploma required. BA/BS in Human Service and/or related work experience preferred. Additional certifications/trainings required (or provided during orientation, or shortly thereafter): CPR/First Aid, Infection Control, Food Safety and Handling, and Crisis Intervention/Suicidal Protocol. A current, valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance (which meets minimum MD state requirements), and a current driving record are also required for transporting consumers, either in agency vans or a personal vehicle. Good communication and record keeping skills a must. Bilingual abilities in Spanish, French, Amharic, or Asian languages preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of parenting skills, early childhood development, and case planning practice required. Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including some evening and weekend hours. Job Title: Lead Teacher (One FT Position)

Essential Duties: Promotes school readiness among multi-ethnic and socially isolated children ages 0 to 3 in a classroom setting. Serves as the primary care giver for an assigned group of children. Plans and implements developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom activities using the Creative Curriculum and Individualized Child Development Plans. Establishes a nurturing, supportive, and stimulating relationship with children through strong communication skills and an individualized approach to each child's stages of development. Qualifications: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with certification for Infants and Toddlers. Experience working with 0 to 3 population and providing direct services to multi-ethnic, at risk, low-income families. Must have a working knowledge of developmentally appropriate curriculum and good communication skills. Must meet qualifications for approval by the Maryland State Department of Education under COMAR 13A.16 and the Head Start Performance Standards. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Job Title: Bus Driver (One PT Position)

Essential Duties:Transport families with children ages birth through three for Early Head Start program. Create transportation plans for scheduled meetings and events. Maintain regular maintenance schedule for buses to meet requirements as stated in Head Start Performance Standards. Maintain confidential files with all required documentation. Year round job with hours that vary; during school year the schedule is 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Qualifications include:High school diploma or equivalent, valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL), and Maryland driver's license required. 1. Job Title: Clinical Director, LCSW-C:

The Clinical Director is responsible for the training and/or supervision of all clinical/case management staff and for the coordination of clinical/case management service needs of residents, ensuring maintenance of a therapeutic milieu approach in the Domestic Violence Shelter and ensuring that the residential programs are designed and conducted according to County guidelines in the atmosphere of victim empowerment. Minimum Qualifications: possess a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a closely related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical supervision experience in abuse/domestic violence. Maryland license at the independent clinical practitioner level LCSW-C.
