Job Title: Records Clerk (Montgomery Station)
Post Date: 01/06/2012

This position is reponsible for all the Montgomery Station's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program client charts. Position requires you to organize archived records room, grouping together each client's information before scanning. Systematically scan medical records in archive room ("overflow", "holding", clised and to-be-destroyed charts). Will create and maintain accurate electronic system to ensure ability to locate items as needed. Other responsibilities include: participation in chart audits and site reviews, perform routine chart projects such as thining files as needed; move old material to archieve records at end of each year, assist in keeping current chart papers in proper order and charts in good physical condition; file paperwork into current current charts as needed; keep supply of complete intake packets ready to create new charts; serve as backup receptionist and administrative assistant; perform front office duties at lunch time daily and in other absences of front office assistant, etc.

Qualifications: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Prossess effective time-management skills, show ability to understand job needs and adjust tasks accordingly. Ability to think of solutions and problem-solve. Ability to organize and prioritize duties and meet deadlines with positive results. Ability to file correctly in a timely manner. Ability to work as a team player in a diverse population of staff and clients. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment and be able to keep with with changes and maintain a postive attitude.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to operate standard office machines. Ability to operate a scanner and organize electronic records. Understanding of Corporate Compliance, HIPAA, CARF and COMAR requirements. Keep current on First Aid and CPR trainings and all Essentials Learning assignments. Good driving agency vehicle if/when needed. High School Diploma required. Medical Records experience preferred. Job Title: Professional Development Coordinator -
Montgomery County Child Care Resources and Referral Center

The Montgomery County Child Care Resources and Referral Center is currently seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join their Child Care Resource Team. The Professional Development Coordinator provides resources and training to child care providers accessing local, state and national resources that support their professional and program goals. The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Maryland Child Care Credential, Child Development Association (CDA), higher education options, and both state and national accreditation standards. Responsibilities include overseeing and processing scholarship applications for local quality enhancement grants accessed by the child care community; monitoring and producing reports for the quality enhancement funds; creating community publications; guiding and assisting child care providers with becoming credentialed, accredited, or applying for the MD Excels; coordinating efforts with Montgomery College; and acting as a liaison with child care partners.

Qualifications: B.A. Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or related field; Two years experience working in child care or with an agency that provides support to child care providers; Basic knowledge of accounting principles; Demonstrated experience using computer databases, publication software and spreadsheets (ex. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Publisher); Bilingual applicants preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends required.

Job Title: Bus Driver (Part-time)

Early Head Start (EHS) program seeks bus driver to transport families with children ages 0 to 3 between home and child care center. Create transportation plans for scheduled meetings and events. Maintain regular maintenance schedule for buses. Must maintain confidentiality of family records and information. Year round work schedule follows MCPS calendar, with split shift in morning and afternoon. On-call substitute position is available as well.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and Maryland driver's license required. Previous experience working with families preferred. Counselor needed to provide rehabilitation and support to individuals to develop and enhance community and independent living skills. Services are provided on and/or off site at Montgomery Station's Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program and/or other appropriate locations in the community, according to comsumers needs and schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
Ability to establish rapport and to assist client to identify his/her needs, establish appropriate rehabilitation goals and to provide internal and/or community referrals when necessary. Good organizational, time management, oral and written communications skills a must. High School diploma required. BA/BS in Human Service and/or related work experience preferred. Individual must have a current valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance and a current driving record. Job Title: Lead Teachers - Preschool & 2's (2 Full Time Positions/Hours TBD) and Infant/Toddlers (Part Time Positions/Hrs 1:00-5:00)

Child Development Center located in Clarksburg, MD seeks Preschool, 2's and Infant teachers to coordinate daily activities. Duties will include establishing a nurturing, supportive, and stimulating relationship with children through strong communication skills and an individualized approach to each child. This is a 40-hour/week position.

Qualifications: At a minimum 90 hours of Early Childhood Development and 45 hour Infant/Toddler Development, prefer Early Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, or an Associate of Arts or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Human Development, Child Development, or a related field. Experience working with 0 to 5 population. Must have a nurturing, patient, mature, organized and calm manner. Ability to communicate well with parents, the community, professionals and deal with a variety of personalities and situations with children, staff and parents. Sensitivity to parent issues and ability to build a partnership for their child's care. Must meet qualifications for approval by the Maryland State Department of Education under COMAR 13A.09.09.
